Mossy Knoll

Violets $4

In a Zebra’s Eye

This week I felt a little nervous about photographing plants and animals. It is, after all, the middle of winter in Rexburg. But I then remembered the wonders that the Benson building has to offer. I found all of these images there in the “stuffed” animal room and in the greenhouses. I liked the bright vivid colours and the closeness of the shots.

Okay, I love your zebra shot! Nice and personal. The little “violet” tag is also a nice touch in the flower image. Thank heavens for the Benson building. :)
I really like your subject the lines are very clear. nice pic
Love the Zebra. A very dramatic pose. Also love the lighting of the Mossy Knoll. It really makes the green stand out more. Great job
I really like the Zebra shot. I also like your plants the first shot reminds me of the forest floor.
I really like the mossy knoll you photographed… a great angle makes it look fresh and interesting! I also really like that you didn’t try to fit the whole zebra’s head in the shot. I might suggest that you put the focal point of interest from the zebra (the eye) more on one of the line of thirds to make it even more dramatic!
the bright colors are very refreshing this time of year.
