A little Bio

My name is Brittany. I love life. Growing up all over Idaho I have gained an appreciation for the beauty and activities that nature has to offer. From climbing trees and building forts in my forest of a backyard in North Idaho, sledding down Moscow’s endless golden wheat fields in late summer, cliff jumping in to the Big Wood River during summer break, and hiking, snowboarding, swimming and backpacking in my most recent home, Teton Valley, I have learned to love being outside.
My family is possibly the most important thing in my life. Although I have three brothers and two sisters, the last six years of my life spent at home, it was just me, my younger sister Colby, and my mom and dad. We became very close by hanging out and traveling the world together… or at least a few tropical portions of it.

Vacationing with my familiy has taught me that traveling is another one of my passions. Last summer I was lucky enough to go to both Tokyo, Japan and Kuai, Hawaii in the month of June. In Tokyo I had the opportunity to shoot hundreds of beautiful photos and sit next to this guy, and many more like him, on the subway.

My friends have always been a huge influence in my life. Here is my best. Her name is BreeAnna and she is currently serving a mission in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.

A few summers ago me and BreeAnna decided to pack up our things and move to Healy, Alaska. It was definitely an adventure. We had a summer full of laughter, beautiful views, and plenty of hitch hiking.

Although I have many other friends, some of my closest are my roommates. They are always up for a good time and you can be sure that over the years we have had many of them.

I have lived a full and privileged life. Part of this is because I am a member of the LDS Church. I have a strong testimony of Jesus Christ and My father in Heaven. I know that it is through God’s blessing that I have received the happiness and joy that this life brings to me. I believe that photography and design is just another avenue that the Lord has created for us to find joy in this life. Taking a photo is capturing a little piece of what the Lord has created for me and for all of us.
